Welcome to 09bej. These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between each individual using the 09bej platform ("User" or "you") and 09bej ("we", "us", "our"). By registering on 09bej or beginning to use the platform, you agree to all of these terms and conditions. If you do not agree with any of the terms, please refrain from using the platform.

1. Eligibility and Age Requirements

Meeting the following eligibility requirements is mandatory to participate on the 09bej platform. If these requirements are not met, you must refrain from registering an account or engaging in any form of betting or gaming activity.

• Registration or any gaming activity on 09bej is strictly prohibited for minors (those under 21 years of age).
• We may request the necessary documents to verify your age at any time. Failure to provide the documents may result in temporary suspension or permanent closure of your account.

1.2 Geographic Eligibility

2. Account Registration and Management

• 09bej offers new members a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳10,000.
• To receive this bonus, the first deposit must be a minimum of ৳200.
• A 10x wagering requirement must be met before bonus funds can be withdrawn.
• Each user can receive the welcome bonus only once.

4.2 VIP and Cashback Bonuses

• 09bej's VIP program has 5 tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond.
• Weekly cashback rates are: Bronze up to 0.2%; Silver 0.3%; Gold 0.5%; Platinum 0.6%; Diamond 0.8%.
• Advancement to a higher VIP tier depends on your overall activity and engagement on the platform.
• Cashback will be added to your account at a set time each week.

4.3 Bonus Restrictions

• If bonus abuse or manipulation is proven, the account will be closed and the bonus forfeited.
• Attempting to collect bonuses through multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.

5.1 Sports Betting

• Bets can be placed on various events including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, ICC tournaments, and international football.
• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or changed.
• If a match is abandoned, postponed, or cancelled, bet settlement will follow 09bej's established rules.
• In live betting, odds may change instantly; the odds at the time the bet is confirmed are the ones that apply.
• 09bej reserves the right to cancel bets related to match fixing or result manipulation.

5.2 Casino and Slot Games
